How Industry Listed works

One account. Book anyone, get booked by anyone — everything stays on-platform so there is a verified record of every booking.

For clients booking

1. Step 1

   Search the marketplace

   Filter by category, market and rate. Every listing shows a fixed hourly rate and minimum hours.

2. Step 2

   Send a booking request

   Give the full shoot details: date, call time, duration, general location, role, wardrobe, people on set and anything else the provider needs to decide.

3. Step 3

   Provider accepts

   Rates are fixed — there is no negotiating or bidding. When the provider accepts, the booking details lock into a permanent record.

4. Step 4

   Shoot day

   Both sides check in from the booking page. Keep all communication in Industry Listed messages.

5. Step 5

   Review

   Both parties review each other. Reviews stay hidden until both are submitted or the review window closes.

For providers getting listed

1. Step 1

   Create a listing

   Choose your category, set your fixed hourly rate and minimum hours, add photos and describe what you offer.

2. Step 2

   Approval

   Every listing is reviewed before it goes live so the marketplace stays trustworthy.

3. Step 3

   Receive requests

   You see the full shoot details before accepting. You can accept, decline, or ask questions in messages.

4. Step 4

   Get booked

   Accepted bookings lock the agreed terms so nothing changes after the fact.
