Terms of Service

Last updated October 3, 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using Industry Listed. Industry Listed is a pre-launch service, and some sections are still being finalized; those sections are marked.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using Industry Listed you agree to these Terms and to our Marketplace Standards. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. If you do not agree, do not use Industry Listed.

2. Eligibility and the 18+ requirement

Industry Listed is available only to people who are 18 years of age or older. You must confirm your age and date of birth when you sign up. Accounts may not be created by, for, or on behalf of anyone under 18, and parental or guardian consent does not make a minor eligible.

The service is currently focused on the Seattle and Tacoma area.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, verify your email address where required, keep your login secure, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Your legal name, phone number and date of birth are kept private and are not shown on your public profile.

4. Our role as a marketplace

Industry Listed is an online marketplace that helps clients find and connect with talent, crew, locations and vehicles. Industry Listed is not a talent agency, employer, production company, or representative of any provider, and is not a party to agreements that members make with each other unless we expressly say otherwise.

Members decide whether to work together and are responsible for the terms they agree to, including permits, insurance, releases and any employment or contractor obligations.

This section is being finalized and will be updated before it takes effect.

5. Provider and client relationships

Providers (talent, crew, location owners and vehicle owners) set their own listings and rates. Clients are responsible for evaluating providers and for the safety and lawfulness of their productions. Industry Listed does not supervise or direct the work.

This section is being finalized and will be updated before it takes effect.

6. Listings

Listings are reviewed before they appear publicly, and material edits to an approved listing return it to review. Listings must be accurate, describe real offerings you are authorized to provide, and follow the Marketplace Standards. We may request changes to, decline, pause or remove listings.

7. Casting calls

Casting calls are reviewed before publication. Creators must describe real productions honestly, including pay, dates and any wardrobe or content requirements, and must not use casting calls to solicit adult content or services. Applicants share their profile with the creator when they apply. Creators may close or cancel their calls; applicants are notified of cancellations.

8. Bookings

Clients may send booking requests at a listing’s posted rate and minimum hours. A booking is confirmed only when the provider accepts it. Clients may withdraw and providers may decline requests before they are accepted.

The rules for changing or cancelling a confirmed booking are being finalized.

9. Payments and platform fees

Payments are not currently processed through Industry Listed. Booking totals shown in the app, including any displayed platform fee, are estimates. No charges, payouts or refunds are made through the service today.

Terms for payments, provider payouts, platform fees, chargebacks and taxes will be added before paid transactions launch.

10. Cancellations, refunds and no-shows

Members can record a no-show or open a dispute about a booking they are part of. Industry Listed may review these records as part of moderation.

Policies for client and provider cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows, partial completion, unsafe shoots, disputes and refunds will be published before paid transactions launch.

11. User conduct and prohibited activity

You may not use Industry Listed to:

  • harass, threaten, stalk or discriminate against anyone;
  • commit fraud, run scams, or request payment outside agreed terms under false pretenses;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, credentials or authority;
  • offer, request or solicit sexually explicit content, adult services or nudity-based work;
  • post prohibited, illegal, misleading or infringing content;
  • arrange unsafe activity or misuse locations, vehicles or equipment;
  • misuse messaging for spam, solicitation or abuse, or continue abuse off-platform;
  • scrape, interfere with, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.

12. Content standards and user content

You are responsible for the content you post, including listing descriptions, photos, portfolio material, casting-call details, messages and reviews. You must have the rights needed to post it.

You keep ownership of your content. You allow Industry Listed to host, display, resize and share it within the service as needed to operate the marketplace.

The scope of this permission is being finalized.

13. Intellectual property

The Industry Listed name, branding and software belong to Industry Listed. If you believe content on Industry Listed infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@industrylisted.com with the content’s location, a description of the work, and your contact details.

A formal copyright complaint procedure will be added.

14. Locations

Location owners must have the right to offer the property and must describe it, its access and any restrictions accurately. Exact addresses are shared only as the service allows. Clients must respect the property, its rules and applicable permits.

This section is being finalized and will be updated before it takes effect.

15. Vehicles

Vehicle owners must have the right to offer the vehicle and must describe its condition and permitted uses accurately. Clients must follow the owner’s conditions for use.

This section is being finalized and will be updated before it takes effect.

16. Performers and talent

Talent and crew decide which work to accept. Clients must describe roles, pay, wardrobe and content requirements honestly before engagement. Members must not pressure anyone into work outside what was agreed.

This section is being finalized and will be updated before it takes effect.

17. Safety

Use good judgment when meeting other members. Use the Report option on listings, casting calls and conversations, and email support@industrylisted.com with details. Industry Listed is not an emergency service — if you are in immediate danger, leave when it is safe and contact emergency services.

18. Communications

Messaging is provided to coordinate marketplace activity. We send in-app notifications about your account, bookings, applications and moderation. Messages may be reviewed when reported or when needed for safety and moderation.

19. Reviews

Reviews can be left only by parties to a completed booking. Each side’s review is hidden until both have submitted. Reviews must be honest and follow the Marketplace Standards; we may remove reviews that violate them.

20. Moderation, suspensions and takedowns

We review listings and casting calls and may approve, request changes to, decline or remove them. We may suspend accounts or take down content to protect members or the marketplace. Suspended members cannot create or change marketplace activity. If you believe a decision was a mistake, email support@industrylisted.com.

21. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account from your Profile page, except while you have open bookings, while your account is suspended, or if you hold an administrator role — in those cases contact support. Deletion removes your public profile, listings and open casting calls. Some records, such as bookings, reviews, reports and moderation history, are kept so other members’ records stay accurate. See the Privacy Policy.

We may end or restrict access for violations of these Terms or the Marketplace Standards.

22. Disputes between members

Members are primarily responsible for resolving disagreements with each other. Industry Listed may review disputes opened in the app but is not obligated to resolve them.

This section is being finalized and will be updated before it takes effect.

23. Disclaimers

This section is being finalized.

24. Limitation of liability

This section is being finalized.

25. Indemnification

26. Governing law and dispute resolution

27. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we will notify members and may ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the service.
