Trust & Safety
Marketplace standards
These standards apply to every member, listing, casting call and booking on Industry Listed.
Who can use Industry Listed
- All members must be 18 or older and confirm their date of birth at signup.
- One account per person. Listings must represent you or a resource you control.
Prohibited content and requests
- No adult, sexual or nudity-based work, content or requests of any kind.
- No discriminatory, harassing or threatening language in listings, casting calls or messages.
- No misrepresenting your experience, identity, location or the nature of a shoot.
Booking conduct
- Rates are fixed — do not ask a provider to lower a posted rate.
- Keep communication, bookings and payment on-platform so there is a record if something goes wrong.
- Cancel as early as possible. Repeated no-shows are recorded and can lead to removal.
Safety on set
- Both parties check in on shoot day from the booking page.
- Exact addresses are only released once a booking is confirmed.
- You may bring a companion to any shoot. Trust your instincts and leave a situation that feels unsafe.
- Industry Listed is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then report the incident here.
Reports and disputes
- Any listing, message, casting call or booking can be reported. Safety reports are prioritised.
- Disputes tied to a booking are reviewed by the Industry Listed team with the locked booking record as evidence.
- Outcomes can include warnings, listing removal, or account suspension.
