• Account and sign-in: email address, password (stored by our sign-in provider in protected form), email-verification status, and sign-in method (for example Google).
• Private profile details: legal first and last name, phone number, date of birth, and your 18+ and terms confirmations.
• Public profile: display name, city, bio, photo, social links, ratings and review count.
• Listings: category, title, description, rates, experience, credits, portfolio links, availability, travel details, photos, and private exact addresses for locations.
• Casting calls and applications: production details, roles, and the applications and notes members submit.
• Bookings: project details, dates, times, locations, estimated totals, status history, check-ins, no-show records and disputes.
• Messages between members, and saved lists of listings you bookmark.
• Reviews you write and receive.
• Reports you submit, and moderation records such as review decisions, admin notes, suspensions and takedowns.
• Notifications we send you in the app.
• Agreement records: which version of these policies you accepted and when.
• Technical and security information: sign-in sessions, device/browser data, IP address and logs our hosting and sign-in providers collect to operate and secure the service.

To create and secure accounts; confirm eligibility (18+); show listings, casting calls and profiles; process booking requests and applications; deliver messages and notifications; enable reviews; review content and keep the marketplace safe; respond to support requests; prevent fraud and abuse; and improve the service.

Your public profile, approved listings (including photos) and approved casting calls can be seen by anyone, including signed-out visitors. Reviews become visible after both parties submit. Your legal name, phone, date of birth and exact location addresses are not shown publicly.

• With other members as part of marketplace activity — for example, booking details with the other party, applications with the casting-call creator, and messages with conversation participants.
• With service providers who host the app, store data and files, and provide sign-in and email delivery on our behalf.
• For safety and legal reasons when we believe it is necessary to protect members, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests.

Payments are not processed through Industry Listed today, and we do not collect card or bank details.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. Our hosting provider may collect basic usage data to operate the service.

We use access controls so members can see only information they are allowed to see, keep listing photos in private storage, and restrict administrative actions to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure.

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to operate the marketplace. Some records may be kept after an account is deleted, as described below.

Specific retention periods are being finalized.

You can delete your account from your Profile page, subject to a few restrictions (for example, while bookings are open or an account is suspended). When you delete your account:

• your public profile is anonymized and shown as “Deleted member”;
• your legal name, phone and date of birth are cleared;
• your listings and open casting calls are removed from the marketplace and listing photos are deleted;
• your saved lists and notifications are deleted, and you can no longer sign in.

Some records are kept to preserve other members’ history and marketplace safety — such as bookings, reviews, messages in other members’ conversations, applications, reports and moderation records. We do not promise deletion of every record.
